SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping is calculated automatically for the following countries only: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.
All products are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia.
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from date of receipt of payment. For custom orders, I will contact you within 2-3 business days and let you know the amount of time I need (which is usually about a week).
Postage carrier is Australia Post. Deliveries are according to their schedule so please ensure enough time when you place your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
I take great pride in my work. However, if the product does not meet your requirements, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and we can work out a refund or an exchange.
Due to the nature of some of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept the returns of custom or personalized items as well as digital items.
Buyers will be responsible for return postage. The item will need to be returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All my products have a handmade element to them. While I make everything with the utmost care and consideration (and battle with my inner perfectionist!), I cannot make things as perfectly as a machine would. Each item, therefore, might have some slight cosmetic imperfections, or quirks, as I like to call them. They do not affect the life or performance of the item.
Colours on the product might vary slightly due to different screens and screen resolutions. The images on this site have also been optimised for viewing on a screen.
